I've always had an innate sense of calm and zest for life, married my husband Danny in 2000 and we are blessed with 5 children, 4 of whom were home births - a wonderful and safe experience which I can highly recommend for a low-risk expectant mother.

Supporting my husband in his career as a Rabbi serving communities up and down the UK has given me close to 20 years of experience dealing with a huge variety of people at times of crisis and vulnerability in their lives.
It has been a privilege and humbling experience to be there for people at their time of need both providing emotional support and spiritual comfort.

My interest in holistic health has lead me to achieve qualifications in Fitness and Nutrition, NLP, Life-Coaching, Energy Healing and Hypnotherapy.
In 2017 I suffered my own bout of ill health - debilitating back pain - I was in agony day and night and could barely walk or stand up. It was a hugely scary time for me and our family and whilst I sought help and treatment from the best doctors in London, even undergoing surgery (completely against my philosophy!) nobody could provide the answers or healing I was in desperate search of.

My husband went to America for a Rabbinical Conference and chanced upon the research and findings of Dr John Sarno (1923-2017). His revolutionary method of diagnosing and treating Mind-Body Disorders (no this does NOT mean your pain is all in your head - it IS in your body - the question is how did it get there and how do we get it out?!) was everything I was looking for to catapult my healing and return to good health.

I have now a keen interest in Mind/Body Medicine and see how so many common ailments can be cured without medications or intrusive treatments* - simply by understanding their root cause and adjusting the way we think.
​
I would love to share my knowledge with you and help you achieve the balanced, pain-free, enjoyable life that you deserve!

I tailor make each session to your specific needs, blending my therapies however I am especially excited about the power and potential of Hypnotherapy as this directly addresses the subconscious where all our fears/anxieties/bad habits are sourced.
